This pair is made from high strength black PVC . Same as our popular standard Essential Rings with newly upgraded Heavy Duty 16ft straps. Supported by 16' adjustable straps that allow for mounting in a variety of locations. Straps form a loop and are fully adjustable from attachment point down to about 8ft. There are endless amounts of exercises that can be accomplished on these rings everything from push ups to muscle ups!
