XFIT Rings

This pair is made from high strength ABS plastic. Supported by 16' adjustable straps that form a loop which allows for mounting in a variety of locations. The rings have a specialized textured surface for optimum grip with our without chalk.  Additionally the ring size was designed to match the size of standard gymnastic ring size specified by the Federation International of Gymnastics. There are endless amounts of exercises that can be accomplished on these rings everything from push ups to muscle ups!
